Two core services: Strip & Wax (remove old finish and apply 3–4 protective coats) and Buffing (maintenance polish to refresh gloss on the top layer)
We provide Acid Wash & Scrubbing for adhered soil on hard floors and Tile & Grout Cleaning to remove embedded dirt in grout lines—professional cleaning, not restoration.
Interior concrete is treated with machine scrubbing to remove dirt/grease and optional sealer application to protect against wear and stains.
We use Hot Water Extraction (deep rinse/extraction), Encapsulation (low‑residue crystalized soil removal), and Bonnet (surface maintenance with an absorbent pad).
Pricing depends on square footage, floor type, soil level, access windows, and whether furniture must be moved. There are no universal price tables; we quote after a site evaluation.
Furniture moving is not included by default. For floor care projects we can provide it as an add‑on and quote it separately if required by scope.
